      There is this thing that tweaks my mind. ⚜️It is the way we seem not to know what we need. 🏧People chase for things that only go further the more you get close to them. People chase after money and money gets a little further. 
They keep saying they want money, they are looking for money. ⚜️But the thing money or currency is constant. The amount that circulates is constant ; later on before they print more. So looking for something that is constant kinda sounds unreal.🏧 It sounds illusive. And this is the illusion that the world is riding on. Only when we turn away a little bit from the illusion that we make the real money.⚜️

People who turn away from the illusion don't say "am looking for money." They say, "am making money."
The "money making" mind is the one that looks for how to add value. This mind creates the things that people really desire in life. 🏧This mind builds the cities that people need to dwell in. This mind presents the quality of things that make life easy and good-going. It is these mentalities that build real organisations where real people work of better. ⚜️

People who look for money sack. They want everything for very little. They will work in a company only looking at the paycheck. And all they care about is the figure on the paper. 🏧The challenge is that they never improve and may only improve if it's convenient.
The mentality should change.⚜️
Be a game changer. Be a value machine. Be value oriented. 

The skill that you possess is like a baby. 🏧A baby that needs nursing and food to grow. A baby that needs more learning and mastery. To be the money making machine, you have to achieve mastery in your field. Achieving mastery in your field takes 5 to 8 years.⚜️ You may think that it is a long time and you can't wait till then. But the time will come anyway. You like it or not, five to eight years will pass anyway. You only have to keep pushing while riding through time. 🏧Think of the value you can add 5 to 8 years later. You can confidently sign for higher paychecks when you can feel the value you have added.⚜️ You can increase the prices of products when you see the value you have added.🏧

PERCEPTION :                       HAPPY        In the land of omuwa at a beautiful African locality - was a maiden.🦚 Her mistress - miss Carol was relentless and afflictive.🌳That was all because she had lost a lot in her life and has had a bad line in history about her relationship including with people.🌳 This constantly kept a gloomy aura which didn't please her servants.
