A story was told, that a man had problems...so much that he was distressed and worn out. 😁He even reached a point where he was so tired of living on...and wanted to have his life at rest in dust.🔍
However, that he had a good friend with whom he shared his experience. He told him his problems and wanted smooth fast solutions.🔍 He was always sad and never happy with his life.😁

The friend was willing to give a helping hand🔍. He knew of a monk who had visited the town and was about to leave. He referred his friend to the monk for guidance.😁
On finding the monk, he found him having finished his meditation and was at peace; happily seating on a mat and looking on.🔍
The man started his narrations. "I have a lot of problems in my life and never find happiness. 😁Am always sad about my life and don't know what to do. Please I request for your help." The monk kept a bit of silence and thought a little about the man's situation🔍. After a moment, he asked the man, " how many red colors do you see in this room. " The man looked around and said," it's a number of items with red colors and can't count them all. 😁Well what you're seated on is red. You slippers are red. The curtains are red. And I think roughly 17 items."🔍 The monk then continued asking, " But how many blue colors are there in this room; without you looking around?".😁 The man said," I think I need to look around once more to see which items are blue." The monk said ," In the first place, you could only see red and notice that. But you couldn't notice the blue.🔍 If you had taken your eyes around to see blue, you couldn't notice the red... because your focus was on the color you were looking for. You are sad in your life because there is a colour that you are focused on.😁 If you need to be happy about your life, you need to look at happiness in everything."

Our lives are filled with chaos🔍. And it is also filled with happiness. They coexist. You only see one at a time.😁 If your lense is sad, you will see sad. If your lense is happy, you will see happy.🔍 You have the ability to choose what nature of living you need to see. 😁
If you ever feel overwhelmed and sad, change the focus of your lense.🔎
